There can't be an auction without auction items, so local individuals and businesses play a crucial role in making the annual a success.
Our corporate sponsors help cover the event’s costs, ensuring that every dollar raised directly supports programs that benefit our students—like library resources, technology, the arts, classroom aides, and more. We invite you to partner with us through sponsorship and gain visibility for your business in the process!
Our local business, individuals, community members, and Crocker families donate the items, services, and experiences that help us raise those critical funds.
All donations are tax-deductible. Donors receive a formal acknowledgment with the PTA’s tax ID number, providing documentation for your records.
How to Give
Click the green "Corporate Sponsorship" button or click here. You will then have the option to donate online or mail a check.

In-Kind Opportunities
We need in-kind donations for the online auction and the silent and live auctions. In the past, we have received donations of experiences, camps, vacation home stays, hosted parties and events, jewelry, gift cards, sports and concert tickets, and food, wine and spirits packages. The sky is the limit!
