Crocker Walkathon 2025
Get ready for the Crocker Walkathon on Sat October 25, 2025!
This year’s Walkathon is extra special as we celebrate Crocker Highlands’ 100th anniversary! The Walkathon is our biggest fall fundraiser, fueling vital PTA programs like art, music, PE, classroom aides, technology, and social-emotional support. It’s fun for the kids, builds community, and powers our school’s future.
How to Participate
1. Register & Fundraise: We’re using GiveButter this year! Parents can register and set up a fundraising page, then invite friends, family, and neighbors to contribute.
- T-Shirts: Every student who registers gets a Walkathon t-shirt (sizes first come, first served). Optional: add a donation to cover the cost of your child’s shirt.
2. Volunteer for a shift: It takes a village to make the day smooth and fun. 👉 >> Sign up now!
3. Check-In: Friday, Oct 24, 3:00 - 6:00 PM – Pick up shirts and pre-purchase food/activity tickets.
- Saturday, Oct 25, 9:00 AM – Late check-in if you miss Friday.
What is the Walkathon?
Students walk laps on a 0.4-mile neighborhood course starting at the Crocker Playground. Laps earn prizes. Families can cheer, enjoy coffee, lunch (vegetarian options available), snow cones, and more.
The funds raised go directly towards ensuring our students have access to enriching programs that enhance their school experience.
Need accommodations? Let us know- we want every Cougar to participate.
Can't attend?
No problem! Please still register and fundraise. Your child gets a shirt, supports their class, and helps our school.
How to Donate
- All donations go through GiveButter.
- Please do not leave a tip - those go to GiveButter, not Crocker
- Donation deadline: TBD
- Don’t forget employer matching!

Event Day Schedule
Saturday, October 25th from 9:00am-2pm.
- 9:00 AM – Late Check in
- 9:20 AM – Opening celebrations
- 9:30 AM – Walking begins!
- 2:00 PM – Last lap must be started
Students can walk part of the day or the whole time. Just remember to check out so laps are counted!
