Annual Giving

Let’s do this together.

What is Annual Giving?

It is a one-time or recurring donation of your choosing to support programs that are not covered by state or federal funding. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by the law. This school year, the PTA will spend approximately $1,500 per student at Crocker.

Where does your money go? Programs include:

  • Reading Intervention
  • Small Group Activity Leaders – Teachers cannot do it alone!
  • Physical Activity, Dance and Social Games
  • Library
  • Classroom budgets for teachers
  • Community-building events and lots more

The PTA will spend approximately $1,500 per child, funding many programs deemed critical for the education and enrichment of students’ experience but left unfunded by the District and State. While every family cannot contribute financially at that level, we ask that each family make a meaningful contribution sometime through the school year. “Meaningful” to us equates to a level of support consistent with each families unique circumstances, resources and comfort level – it is completely up to you. What we care about is that we raise these funds together and in community with one another.

Time is of the essence, and with that in mind we will kick off the year with a class participation challenge. All classes who reach 80% participation (either by donating or committing to donate) by September 10th will receive a prize.

  • Paypal: Use the “Transfer money to friends” option.  Go to & sign-up to send money to  In your gift, please note that this is for the Annual Giving Campaign. Please do not use for credit card payments or to “purchase goods or services”. Heads up, recent policy changes at Paypal make paying a fee unavoidable.
  • Check: mail check (payable to Crocker Highlands PTA) to Crocker School c/o Crocker PTA. Include your child’s name and grade level/teacher in the memo line. When/if accessible, you may drop your check to the green PTA box outside the school office.
